Jeff and his wife JoAnna have a passion to pursue the presence of God! Ordained and sent out from Life Center Ministries International, they long to see God’s Kingdom come and His will be done in every facet of life and culture.

In August of 2010 the Struss’ relocated their family from Gaithersburg, MD to Lynchburg, VA with their (then) 2 children to launch an apostolic community filled with day and night prayer, revival culture, and a community of believers who walk in real relationships with God and one another. What has taken place has been little short of amazing as God has knit together a family of passionate lovers of God, and often displays Himself through miracles, signs, and wonders.

In the Spring of 2016 the church experienced an 8 week long Awakening where hundreds encountered God’s presence in a tangible way through worship, salvation, healing, and deliverance. In addition to serving as the Senior Pastor of Life Center Lynchburg, Jeff also travels throughout the region and internationally ministering at churches and ministry schools.

An international itinerant minister birthed from a 4-day meeting in Canada, Randy Clark illustrates perfectly the aphorism, “don’t despise small beginnings.” The son of an oil-field worker, Randy, like most from his generation, learned the importance of perseverance. After his miraculous healing from a car accident when he was eighteen, he felt led to go into the ministry. Since that day, November 20, 1970, Randy’s involvement in ministry soared. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies 1974, Randy went on to receive his Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in 1977.
